Hello everyone I am asking for assistance. My account was open with Discover card to send me an email to upload some documents. I sent a document that they needed, which was a notary statement and three months of bank statements. I sent it in the mail. It was past the due date. Did not send me any email after that so I thought my account was good after a couple of months later they close my account and I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone to re-open my account. Still no action was taken. I was wondering if anyone has the same or familiar issue if you could please comment below and see what actions were taken.
