Hello there , looking for ideas for a card to consolidate balances and increase the travel benefits that I can get from my card. Discover cash back is pretty meh
Current cards: (list cards, limits, opening date) *Discover $8000 CL, March 2014 * PayPal Credit, $1530 CL March 2021 * FICO Score: 706 pulled from Discover. VantageScore 3.0 scores: 697/600/706 * Oldest account age: 9.5 years * Chase 5/24 status: 0 * Income: 65,000 * Average monthly spend and categories: * dining $300 * groceries: $500 * travel: $200, Iโm including taxi and transit passes here FYI
- Open to Business Cards: No
- What's the purpose of your next card? Travel
- Do you have any cards you've been looking at? Chase Sapphire Preferred.
- Are you OK with category spending or do you want a general spending card?
-Either is fine, primarily looking for something with a better reward system than Discover, that comes with car rental insurance. I donโt exactly spend enough to really qualify for using multiple cards.
