I’ve had the same BoA credit card for 11 years and never made a single late payment. My credit score is 790. I am 29 years old now, make $140k per year, and my credit limit has always been $2,600 for this card. I’ve requested a credit increase 6 months ago and last week, each time being denied.
The only other credit card I’ve ever had is the Apple Card, which I opened a month ago, and received a $6k limit. Does anyone have any insight as to why BoA will not increase my credit limit? Should I simply apply for a new card through BoA to increase it that way?
