I have two other Chase cards with limits over $5K, both with flawless payment histories. Just got a brand spanking new CapOne Quicksilver with a $7K limit out of the gate. Other cards from other issuers range from $4K to $10K. US Bank just upped my Cash card from $2K to $4K without me even asking. Just opened that one a few months ago.
Rating has been in the 800 range for years. Not a single issue. Cards ALWAYS paid on time and either in full or higher than minimum if using a 0% promo period. Usage is below 8% overall.
Wanted the FU for the $200 bonus on a new insurance bill. They gave me the FU instantly a measly $500 limit.
I'll get the bonus for sure. No doubt. Then the card will be left idle. The Premium will go on the Quicksilver with a 15 month 0% period. Chase will get the FU from me.
