I applied for a CSP approximately 49 days since my last application (which was a CFU) and was rejected. Called the reconsideration line and they put me on hold for the entire time. After being on hold for several minutes they came back and told me there was nothing they could do and that I couldn't even argue to get approved...
Stats:

Payment History: 100% on time
Credit Card Utilization: 5%-10%(depending on the credit bureau)

From the letter rejected for:
- Too many requests for credit or opened accounts with us
- Insufficient credit experience
- Length of time since newest credit card was opened is too short
- One or more recent requests for new credit
Honestly don't know how I was rejected. I brought up that 2/30 rule and how It has been 49 days since my last application. Really confused on this one.
