Finding friends to vc with?

Haveing a hard time finding anyone to play with me other then just going on public servers and trying to hang out my issue is I don't really type all that fast so in game I don't type so I prefer to vc but it's hard to even find people that want to vc AND play yah know if anyone has ideas of were I could go please let me know!
