Hey guys, just to be clear this was on a platform that allows sale of worn goods so not OF/Fansly!
I shipped this pair of panties to the US (from Europe), with my fave post company cause they’re fast and reliable. I’ve never had any problems getting them delivered, etc
The customer was someone who had bought from me before, and went well. The problem is that he says it never arrived, and the tracking website says it was sent back. This is indeed true when I called and asked what happened.
They didn’t give me a reason as to why it could not be delivered (it wasn’t a customs issue), so now I’m kind of stuck wondering what’s a reasonable solution to offer the buyer.
I was thinking a re ship but he only pays for shipping, does that seem fair? How would you handle this?
