IG won’t let me add an ad partnership to block out countries?

I have multiple IGs, on a couple it won’t let me add an ad partnership label to block out countries that don’t use OF. It’s set up as a business account but that option just isn’t there for a couple accounts. And currently those accounts are trending in India over 27%!
Is there any way to stop this or do I need to just delete all the reels and start fresh since it won’t let me add an ad partnership label?
