I was going to do my first live stream for Halloween. Unfortunately, my computer is too old and pulls too much CPU to live stream in addition to the GPU not being new enough/big enough, etc.

It looks like some people are saying they go live using only their phone. The only information I’ve been able to find on this subject is using a phone also requires a third-party streaming app.

When I am trying to go live on my phone, I grant access to my camera microphone to onlyfans and then it tells me that the camera is unavailable or I have not granted permissions.

Problem is that there is no app listing for onlyfans on my phone. I’m thinking because it’s not a native app and I just added it to my home screen (however Fanvue is showing up in the app list and I added it to the home screen in the same way)

I have gone into settings into Safari and said it must ask for permissions for camera usage which it does but once I do that, I get the same error message and I cannot find out how to grant permissions to something that is not listed.

Please advise or paste in that URL that gives actual instructions on how to live stream on onlyfans with the phone.

Everything I’m coming across is not helpful at all and has information that I already know about and is not the problem.

Apologies if this sounds like a rant. I have been searching this out for like three days now and I’m a little frustrated.

EDIT: I figured it out when I did a test on an old phone. In order to go live on OF only with phone/tablet and no PC you must access OF through the website NOT from the nonnative app on your home screen (which is needed in order to get push notifications).

DAMN you would thing OF would add these details in their OFblog on support would know. SMH
