Where do you get multiple email accounts to make multiple TikTok/Instagram accounts?

I have 2 emails , one yahoo, one google . I made 2 TikTok’s and 2 instagram.. My main TikTok got banned , so I’d like to make another backup but I don’t have any more emails. I see most creators have 5 TikTok’s so I’m clearly missing something. I tried using the gmail alias (adding and characters) but TikTok recognized it as already being used . Thank you for your help!!

You will eventually reach a limit with gmail & yahoo. I use Proton & have no issues.
