Heya

This is a recent issue where Loyalfans will not load my video through OBS, directly from webcam or shitty Mac inbuilt camera/phone camera. It just says loading (for viewers) or shows a black screen. I also see a black screen on my side. This is occurring on 4 different devices macbook/ imac & iphone/android (through the app). One time there was sound.

I have cleared cache/cookies, tried on multiple different browsers (Brave/Chrome/Safari), Un/reinstalled the app on my phone, checked internet connection and nothing seems to work.

I currently have a ticket open with Zen desk but they are slow to respond.

Does anyone know the problem/remedy/had this happen to them?
