I requested a payout with a company on 5th August, they ‘apparently’ processed the payment on 2nd September but I still haven’t received it, and they are now ignoring my support messages and don’t care that I’ve posted on socials about it.

Does anyone know the best avenue to take legally? It’s not a ridiculous amount of money, but it’s over $100 so not exactly pocket money either.

(I have informed my fans I will not be using this service ever again in the future, due to not only lack of payment but the lack of support too)
