Has anyone managed to successfully get a release form/ID check done via e signature link?

I sent my boyfriend a link but when it asks him to log in it doesn’t go anywhere, just to his porn hub home page? He’s already ID verified from previously so that could be why maybe? But he still needs to sign the release form

Also I took a look at the release form and I’m so confused? It says it needs the title of the video and the date it was produced? So does that mean I need to do a new release form for every single video where he appears because they obviously have different names and are shot on different dates?

Side rant: yes release forms are important but my god they don’t make it easy. I did contact support but I imagine they’ll take like 15 days to get back to me
