Audio / sound on videos fillers?

Hi all - I'm struggling a bit with how to fill the blanks in my footage where I've been talking over it etc, as the weeks have gone on I've learnt to keep the small talk out of my videos but still got lots with talk in them,
have you ever added "pre made porn" sfx as a filler or would this be to much?
or even just a lo-fi beat of music better than silence?
some videos i can get away with abit of copy /paste magic but not all of them!
