Anyone else have issues getting approved??

I used a referral link, buts it’s been a complete headache…. It wouldn’t accept my license (pic was clear but wouldn’t accept it) eventually had to message support who was super fast at responding and said they manually verified my ID. Finished remaining steps and figured I’m all set. Great right? No…

2 days later still nothing, so I reach out again this past Friday and different support says they need my ID and to complete my app. I told them what happened, screenshot the proof from the other support. This one reads the message (shows as read) then disappears completely never to respond again.

So yet again I reach out yesterday and the first support person says they need social media/paywall links - I sent a couple hours after her request and no response/hasn’t read… she responded on another messsage stating my ID was all good, but nothing else and no mention to my links I sent…

Tried again today to see what’s up as I have a message at 22h not read for that specific support person (who’s shows “active 2 hours ago”) and I’ve got a message to the generic support team at an hour not read - and seeing the “usually responds in 30 mins”…

Is this typical of their support team??? It’s honestly making me feel like this site isn’t worth it even though I’ve seen lots of positive posts for it.
