Okay, I KNOW selling used panties is against ToS. BUT! I have combed through the ToS all morning & can’t find for the life of me where it claims this! Someone is stating that I am lying to them about this being a part of ToS & of course I can’t seem to find it anywhere. Anyone have any clue where this information is stated? TIA!
Edit: Just clarifying this is about OF & Fansly.
Right, as stated in the body, I’m asking about used items. This goes for Fansly & OF. My question that is.
That’s what I’m wondering. I see SO many people doing it, but I directly remember the ToS directly stating it isn’t allowed. However, I can’t find that anywhere.
Wouldn’t they just say the same ‘they can’t give an answer to a hypothetical situation?’ Support is literally never helpful for me. I send that as a response but I’m not hopefully for a helpful reply lol.
“Hello, After reviewing the Terms of Service I do not see anywhere that it states used or soiled garments cannot be sold on this platform. In the past I believe this was included in prohibited sales. Can you clarify?”
OF support said that couldn’t give me an answer to a hypothetical situation 😂😭
The address portion is still there is ToS. However it doesn’t state in that section what can & cannot be sold unfortunately
Updated the post, my mistake for not being clear. It’s more for OF, but Fansly as well!
Thank you so much! I’ll definitely be bookmarking that for future reference. I had actually just found this about 2 minutes ago. However, still having 0 luck with finding that in OF ToS when I have 100% sent it worded just like this in their ToS in the past as well.

I appreciate the comment! However, I’m in the top 0% & I’m not willing to risk my account for anything. Im not interested in the slightest in trying to get around the rules. Just wanting to find where it states in black & white that it isn’t allowed. Thank you though!
