Do you have a 'vanilla' job along side content creating?

Just wondering if anyone has a " regular" job along side creating content and how you manage to keep up with both? Also do you worry about possibly getting outed and that effecting your future career plans?

I'm asking as I want to do some adult work ,content creating etc but I also have other career plans and I've been thinking about how/if I could manage both. I have chronic health issues so can be harder to keep up with things.

I feel like at some point I may have to choose one over the other?
