Sub deletes his profile, creates another and resubscribes every day

I have someone who keeps doing it. I find it very weird and kinda dodgy. Why would they do it? For the amount he already spent on resubbing he could have subbed for 12 months lol. He asks for customs too and tips but I'm still getting weird vibes from it. What are your thoughts?
