Advice as a newish ManyVids couples/Male creator? Are engagement groups the way to go?

I have an okay twitter following but tbh it really gets me traction on my OF. I’m just starting to really build out my ManyVids platform and it’s been okay but nowhere near as popping as my other fan page. Would engagement groups on telegram be the best way to breakthrough? If so how would I go about finding them? Any other advice about getting more visibility on MV?

Engagement groups don’t do anything it get other creators to see your stuff. They’re not buying it anyway so imho we just don’t find them to be useful. Yes there are endless such groups.
