How to disable Animations

like i wanna disable animations either for specific blocks or just all together idc, the animations are cool but with using shaders i go from 120 fps to around 40fps when looking at my small creation wich im gonna expand even more, i dont mind it not having an animation and me using the goggles to see the speed if i really have to disable all animations.
(im playing atm 9 sky)
