Having issues with my new Creality Cr-M4. I can’t seem to find much if any support for this printer. No slicer seems to have a working profile for it. I’m using a modified cr-10 profile in prusa. Having issues with first layer and bridges. I’ve tried lowering first layer speed to 15mm/s and I’m using dynamic overhang speeds. Using Matterhackers PLA. Goal is to eventually print in ABS and nylon.
This printer has been nothing but a nightmare for me since I bought it. I need it for printing large objects up to 15-16” but I can’t even get it to print this bench right.
I’m new to Creality printers and any tips would be appreciated!
Details:
Cr-M4 (no mods) Matterhackers Build PLA Glue stick on bed. Bed is level.
Z-offset at a guess here, your first layer is not squished enough, that would be the very first thing I would look at.
