Model number for the Halot-Mage Pro Stepper motor?

Hey all,

So I was devastated to find out my brand new Halot-Mage Pro came with a dud stepper motor. It makes a signal sound for a half second when telling it to reset or level then nothing, and the LED flashes green and red.

Does anyone know the model number of the motor? Here's an image of the label on the side but I can find it anywhere and it's not a standard stepper. A suitable non-standard replacement would be acceptable as well so I can get printing while waiting for Creality's slow ass customer service to send me a new one. Thanks in advance.
