Need help or advise.

Ended up buying the wrong printer. I accidently got the Ender 5 SI. Heard some bad reviews for it, plus it being overpriced. I tried contacting creality via email. But they haven't responded at all. And I am having issues trying to call them. I am trying to cancel the order before it ships but I don't know what to do, can anyone give me some advice?
