Who did you learn to bair consistently and fast?

I got comfortable with moving and inputting moves and some easy combos. But I don't have the muscle memory to input bairs consistently. I spend 6 hours in trainingmode just spamming bairs but I can't pull them of in matches when I need to. I there is an opponent doning stuff like the sandbag, I am able to land a bair sometimes. How did you got so good at using bair? Is there a good way to practice and is there a secret to input them? Thank you all for your support!
