How do I get out of disadvantage as Wolf?

I recently picked up Wolf and I want to main him. I feel comfortable enough in neutral and advantage, but I get destroyed if I lose neutral, or get off stage. Has anyone tips for safely getting back on stage, or landing without getting antiaired? (Please apologize for my bad English and thank you in advance!)
