Uh yeah well to be fair the ACA did more to increase mental health access than any other federal law- at least that I’m aware of- in my lifetime. I’m no partisan and don’t claim a party, but I haven’t seen the GOP do anything to benefit mental health services in this country. On the flip side, the largest provider of mental health services in the world was (maybe still is) the Cooke County jail in Chicago. So it’s not like the Dems have it all together either.
