If a variety of consistent live food available, do I need to feed a Dwarf Crayfish? And How often do they hunt?

Post Body

To cut what was originally a wall of text short, I'll be getting a 55-75 Gallon tank upgrade and turning it into a long term ecosystem science project. The process is as follows: Introduce what is usually regarded as a "pest" into the densely planted system such as nematodes (I'll feed the fish a quality flake besides these) before the tank cycles, introduce Neocaridina and Ghost Shrimp to populate the tank, and once they're both growing at a steady rate I'll add guppies to do the same population process. After Everything is now breeding at an exponential rate, I'll slowly add four main predators (not including a hitchhiker insect from a piece of driftwood or a rock from my local pond, I have permission;) A Dragonfly Nymph, a Betta, a Dwarf Gourami OR another Betta (55 heavily planted is enough territory,) and finally a Dwarf Crayfish, all in that order.

My question is, even after extensive research, nothing beats firsthand experience. How much will the Dwarf Crayfish hunt? And how many could I have?

One wouldn't hunt the population of the Guppies and both Shrimp into extinction, would it? The three previous Predators wouldn't be able to do that alone.

To be clear, the Guppies and Shrimp will be at an almost overstocked population before I add the Nymph to begin population control. (If anyone is curious, I will make plenty of videos on YouTube going through my progress once I begin, and I'll make posts about the specific species to their* respective Subreddits, such as /r/shrimptank)

EDIT*: Grammar mistake.
