What betting strategy wins for you consistently, and when do you stop?

I've been reading about many different betting strategies, and it seems that the key to being a winner at craps is not to chase the allure of massive profits, but to know when to walk away with a little.

I've had my eye on the Iron Cross and Split the Sisters methods, but I'm curious to know

1 What strategy has helped all of you more often than not

and

2 When do you decide to walk away from the table?
