Even in the US, you need an emergency door release button on any door with a magnetic lock. That's code, so if there is a mag lock on a door behind the person taking the photo, that's why it's there. Code doesn't care if there is a kids activity center right next to it.

That being said, you could put a "stopper cover" over the button to discourage it from being pressed.
