Server mod list mismatch?

So i am lost on how to get this to work... I had a server working on 1.2 from the download file that boolyman put up.. then there was the 3 version upgrades... figured it would be easy copy paste .. presto? nope... i end up with mod missmatch... I have on the client side 165 mods loaded and it says 159 listed on my own server... any help is much appreciated will provide any list to help determine the differences??
