Bad Beer?

How do you all tell your local small craft brewery that they might have an infection in their lines or brewhouse without being mean or sounding pretentious?

My local, VERY small brewery.. I ordered their Kolsch and it tastes like it might be the wrong beer. So I ordered it again, same issue. So I ordered the raspberry beer and it was a different beer. I latered ordered a lager, oktoberfest, NEIPA.. and they all had the same off flavor as the Kolsch. I told the bartender and he really didn't want to believe me.

Not every brewery is trying to make good beer. Some are just trying to make some money and use the cheapest ingredients. If they are small they don’t need to sell a lot of beer to turn a profit. I wouldn’t even bother telling them because they won’t care.
