fitgirl forza horizon 4

howdy! im like REALLY new to this. and I was trying to install forza horizon 4. the fitgirl one.i did so, it downloaded, and the files were there. It didnt show up in steam, or in xbox.and when i try to launch the .exe manually, it just stays open in task manager, but cant even see the logo in taskbar. Help please?
EDIT: Im using windows 11
