Save file gone?

So my partner resently got cozy grove for ps5 and she has been playing for almost 2 weeks now. She is using her account on ps5 and is saving her data there. Fast forward to today i load the game up on my account to see what the game is all about. I start playing and select a save file. They are all empty so 8 use save file 1 i finish playing later that day and when she goes back to her profile her save file is gone. Does anyone know what happened to hers or how to get it back?
