Does anyone have any adventure fantasy series big epics were it’s like a character who is an orphan / is part of the streets of like London or something and they’re like a theif and there’s like found family and there’s a massive prophecy and some kind of epic destiny ???? I love magic and a lot of twists. My fave stories are Harry Potter / his dark materials / I also love the lore and story behind the legend of Zelda ocarina of time! Searching for something with similar feelings, I’m looking for something that is dark at times but it’s not the entire story I don’t enjoy that no grim dark please :) also a book I put down was the name of the wind so nothing like that but something that reads more like his dark materials!! It doesn’t have to meet all my criteria mainly looking for adventure story magic destiny type story! Also another fave fantasy series manga of mine is full metal alchemist!! I love lore and character driven adventure type stories not huge on political intrigue for example the aspects I’m more interested in game of thrones and house of dragon are the legend and the prophecy and the dragons vs the whole who will sit on the throne part!
