Hello everyone, not sure what to do because cox customer service is so hard to deal with. Today I started experiencing spotty internet connection. Cox tells me the signals seem ok and it must be my equipment. (I use 3rd party equipment). Resetting the modem through their website seems to help temporarily but the issues come back fairly quickly afterwards. I pay for the gigablast service but I normally get about 400-500mbs download speeds but right now it’s about 25mbs. My upload speeds are normal at about 115mbs. I have an arris surfboard SB8200 as the modem and this is what I see in the status page when I log in to the modem.
Everything looks okay to my untrained eye and wanted to see what you guys think. Only one I wasn’t sure about was the OFDM PLC modulation with 0 dB SNR. Thanks in advance for any help.
