Last night, we went online and found an offer to lower our package price by $70 by committing to a five year term. The package specified that there was no change in the services.
This morning, we received an email confirming our change was approved.
This afternoon, we discovered the recordings tab on the Contour page was missing. There is a "Scheduled" tab, which says we have no scheduled reminders in the next 14 days. Going into a show on the guide gives a remind option, but no record option. Pressing the red record button mid-show creates a message in the upper left that says "to record, you'll need a DVR subscription."
We called tonight to get support, after resetting the equipment thru the app. The agent reset it again remotely, and confirmed our package includes a DVR subscription. She then created a ticket, saying we will be contacted by "Level 2."
Anyone know of a solution I can do, or suggest to "Level 1," so this can be resolved before "Level 2" disappoints?
