Hi! We need help! We cannot connect to a software terminal that uses port 8292. I can't get anyone on the phone with Cox that knows what they're doing. We can't forward it, we need the port opened. How can we get this to happen? Never run into this.

It is TCP & I believe it is the Cox Panoramic Wifi router. It's the Cox internet that came with my apartment when I moved in.
