Moderna, 2nd dose: fever of 103

I don't know if I should freak out yet. I got my 2nd moderna shot at 9am Friday and practically slept between 11am-6:00pm. I was shivering so bad and watched as my fever climbed from 99.0 to 103.0 in a matter of an hour. Now it's 3am and my head is pounding, feels like I'm going to puke, I'm burning up, while my husband is dead asleep next to me, nearly no side effects.
At what point is this a hospital issue? Or do I just ride this thing through?
