I’m 3 weeks post 2nd dose & still felt like I had “brain fog”.
Thankfully the internet world came & offered me advice on how to minimize and reduce that feeling.
Quercetin (highest purest grade possible ) 1-3 g/day
Vitamin D3.
Both these supplements helped with what I was feeling. Also make sure to drink electrolytes & stay hydrated!
