(27/F) I got my vaccine Friday at 9:00 AM. After the vaccine I went back to work and was back in the house by 4. My arm started to feel sore around 1:00 that day. At 6PM the tiredness set in and I woke up at 8. From 8-10 PM I had a bad case of the chills. I was freezing temperature was between 100-103.6. I took a Tylenol then did 30 minutes worth of exercise (normally do an hour). However my whole body was aching and while doing that I had a headache. My throat felt terribly dry. My heart rate during my workout was 140 beats per minute. I did take a Benadryl before going to bed at 11:30. I did wake up several times throughout the night to pee, I was very thirsty during my chills.
Saturday the 17th, woke up arm was sore. No fever at all that day. Checked several times. I was heavily fatigued. I took two two-hour naps. Arm slowly was functional by the evening. I took another Tylenol. I did have some random body pains throughout the day.
Today the 18th, everything is back to normal. This morning I felt a slight pinch in my arm but now itβs fine.
I feel good knowing Iβm vaccinated fully. However, I still will exercise caution especially during these next two weeks.
