I expieirenced chronic diarrehea wich started after the second vaccine gqot worse after the third doctors can't say what it is but they found a gastritis and pancreatitis shortly after said vaccines

I'm 22 and I don't drink or smoke also I got my Gi tract checked out no IBD or Poly Bacteria I did every check up u could do and they couldn't find anything accept for the gastritis and a light chronical change in my pancreas

Tbh I feel lost I'm disabled form life had diarrehea 12 times a day with a diet it did get better but it still doesn't compare to a healthy person... I still feel dizzy and dehydrated and weak all the time I fainted 5 days ago when I went for a walk I had to be rushed to the ambulance it's so embarassing people prolly thought I was drunk I had a diabatic scare at that moment cuz I felt like someone with diabetes who didn't take his pills or sum man but yeah at the hospotal they told me my Thrombocytes/platelets are low.

Idk what to do I feel like I'm disabled from life I can't go out always have a rumbling stomach with urgency and I'm so young I used to enjoy kickboxing and nature can't do those things feels like I lost my personality I hate this I wish I could turn back time and not get the vaccine the biggest concern is that all this might be permanent due to genetheraohy based factors.
