Sick of hair being a main deciding factor in voting

I get that fashion includes hair/makeup, but in this game you have to be a high level to get them, while clothes are an even playing field. I did a test in jet set where I used a darker updo style for the first, and in the second a long blonde flowy hair style. I used the EXACT same outfit in both. The long hair got a whole star higher, even though the bun fit the theme better (it was an swimming/pool one). I feel like I’m stuck using the same hair style for all challenged no matter the theme, as I always score higher with it.
