Looking for advice

So me and my fiancé are looking for advice on how to spark up the conversation and how to even go about this for the first time. We want to do a couple swap and have talked about it and have found a couple that agreed they are down to do it and all that, but we’re all in a group chat but nobody ever really brings anything up so like how do we even bring it up or what not. We’ve never really done anything like this but really wanna give it a try. Looking for advice from people who have done this before thanks in advance.
