I listen to rascals flatts album "Unstoppable" album when I feel sad. It helps.

My first country album i fell in love with is Rascal Flatts Unstoppable album. There's songs that i really relate to on there. I feel like with most of the songs themed sadness and heartbreak, such as "Holdin on" "close" "things that matter" "Forever", all of them lol
Honestly listening to this album really helps me regulate my emotions. I could listen to this album for hours.
