So I’m writing an informative essay on how in country music if you tried to get canceled by liberals you can generally rally(Morgan Wallen, Jason Aldean, and Oliver Anthony) whereas if you get cancelled by Conservatives your career most likely will tank, or take years to recover, and so I don’t know if I need to revise my thesis statement, but the only one I can think of is The Chicks attacking Bush’s handling of the War. So if anyone knows of any more incidents where an artist’s career was tanked because they either had something in their songs that went against conservative values, or because of something they said. It’d be greatly appreciated
