Help me understand older women

How do you know when an older women is into you vs just being friendly?? At my job I talk to a lot of older women and we have great talks. Sometimes I’m hesitant because I don’t know if they knows I’m attracted to them or just talking back to me because it is my job.
P.S. I have always knew how to make women laugh so idk what they might be thinking
