This woman 55years old i know who has the same job route as me flirts with me.

Example: Touches my back, shoulder, sexual innuendos. Tells me to get gloves down her pocket because her hands are "dirty"

I asked her out to dinner, she agrees. 2 days later on Sunday..,she then flakes 5 minutes before the date
Excuse: Son needed to go ER (her son does have drug problems like they called cops on him once out of the 2 years i've known her). She apologized via text. So I told her
me: "I'll let you reschedule the next date"

Monday, i see her.. we had small chit chat at work because I have to help with her patient. I didn't bring up what happened but she apologized again before I left the room. And I simply said "I understand real life happens".

I kept our convos just about work for weeks.. she disappears for 1 month from work.

1 month later, she comes back to work, i see her, she touches and rubs my back again and touches my shoulder. I didn't reciprocate. Why? If I did that, i'd feel like a weak ass man. After getting flaked on with NO COUNTER date?..
