I am (23M) i work at a warehouse with a Coworker who is (49F) ,she is currently going through a divorce after 20 years , she says she doesn't see herself getting back with him due to so much time being wasted by him. There was a time where she wanted kids and he didn't , she wanted to do things and he didn't . But i am there for her, often times i ask her about it and she tells me it's complicated but i always tell her I'm there for her if she needs to talk . Communication wise, we are pretty flirty with each other . I often times compliment her and she compliments me back, she gets touchy sometimes and loves whenever i read her poetry . What i don't know is if she's into me as I am into her but so far we've been okay . I don't want to come off as weird to her but judging by her character towards me , she's fine . Any thoughts?
