Many cougars are leery of dating young cubs because they feel the need to keep the relationship a dirty little secret. From the start the relationship feels like it has an expiration date. Feelings get involved and the cougars are the ones who end up with the broken heart. It makes many of us feel like we take boys mold them into men but never get to enjoy the fruits of our labor.

What I'm wondering is how much thought do cubs put into what a relationship with a Cougar could actually progress to before you contact us? And how do you intend to handle things if feelings get involved? As hard as they try most people can't help who they fall in love with. The heart wants what the heart wants.
