There's loads of praise and love given to the cougars between here and r/cougarsandcubs, but there must be horror stories. I'm going to share one I heard today. A cub contacted me because he saw my ASK THE REDDIT COUGAR post, but he didn't want it public for fear the cougar might be on here and try to contact him. I'll change as much as I can to get the basics of the story still in there. So this was 2 years ago. The cub, 22,was working on a cruise ship. He met a wild, aggressive cougar, 43,who had treated herself to a cruise. Very pretty and outgoing. She had a lot of "work" done to keep her young looking and in shape. She zeroed in on him the first day and flirted relentlessly. He was flattered, and agreed to meet her after a shift. One thing led to another and they ended up in her cabin. He couldn't find his watch in the morning but figured she would and bring it to him because she always seemed to be around. He didn't see her all day and she didn't respond to his texts. After work he went to her cabin and she had champagne and candles and was in lingerie. She was wearing the watch. She said she hid it to make sure he returned. It should have been a red flag but he thought they were just having fun. That night she began saying things like he should quit his job and go home with her. It made him nervous, she was moving super fast. She wanted him to call in sick in the morning and when he explained he couldn't she threw a fit. She apologized and said she had been so lonely since the divorce. He felt bad and went back that night. She had spent the day looking for jobs for him and had a whole plan. Afraid of another freak out he figured he would leave in the morning and not return. She was insatiable that night and he had the best sex of his life so he went back the next night and tried to ignore her crazy talk. It came down to her begging him and then getting mad and calling him names. The next day the cruise would be over and she would leave. She told him she loved him and he said he felt like throwing up. He lied and told her he had an employment contract and couldn't leave. To keep her calm he said he'd stay in touch.

The texts started 15 minutes after she left the ship and wouldn't stop. She'd call the ships operator and have him paged if he didn't respond. After a couple days he blocked her and talked to his boss and they told her he was not allowed personal calls. Six weeks later, when he had basically forgotten her he received an envelope with a letter and pregnancy test results from a doctor. She had told him she had an IUD. He didn't believe her and didn't respond. Envelopes kept coming with sonogram and threatening letters that he needed to do the right thing and be a father and husband. He responded via text he thought she was lying and he wanted nothing to do with her. A couple weeks later he received a subpoena for his DNA. She was suing him for child support! Long story short, she had the baby, he has been paying child support for a year. He has not seen the baby in person, nor has he seen the cougar although she threatens further court action if he doesn't step up and be a father everyday in person.

I know it's long, but it is one of the most horrific stories I've ever heard.
